as for returns and refunds:
we are so happy to have you become part of our ceramic community, here's a fun fact to get you extra excited- clay has a life of its own!
please take into account that each piece is made as a one-of-a-kind item, sometimes part of a series, and that means that colors and line styles may vary slightly from the pic on your screen. however, we try to come as close as possible to what you see so you may be surprised by a line or two but hopefully only pleasantly surprised.
Our general approach is that it is very important to us that you love what you've received so please let us know if there's something we can help with.
How do you return an item? Send us an email at hadarara@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to replace/return, and the reason. We will contact you within 4 business days and coordinate the replacement/return item.
Please note: the returned items must be returned in the original package within which they were shipped.
* Items can be returned within 14 business days from their delivery. If requested, we will fully refund your purchase and there will be no cancellation fees. The service is limited to one consecutive return.
Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after the team at Hadara Rabinowitz studio receives your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies. The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in instalments, the refund will also be made in instalments).

items that have been personalized or customized in any way cannot be refunded or retuned.
