Shipping policy

as you probably know, each piece of Hadara's ceramic work, whether Judaic or other, is made as a one-of-a-kind piece, no two are completely alike. infact that's part of what we love about them!

if you are choosing an item we have on display in the studio, we are happy to try and ship it out as soon as possible. if it is a customized piece, or a singular piece you want to expand to a set, it usually takes between 2-4 weeks for us to fully finish production of new orders. let us know if you are in a hurry with a special request  (gifts etc, ) and we will try to go into super speedy mode! 

the shipping options we offer vary from one week to about a month, depending on the post option you choose. please keep in mind we work with the Israeli post office which is often subject to change based on current affairs, to put it mildly. 

 another option to shipping:  if you know someone traveling to Israel, we happily pack things up so they are easy to be collected and brought to you abroad. just need to be ready to return the favor...
